Most incidents are resolved remotely within the hour. When a switch has failed or a cable run needs tracing, being local is the whole point. We do not schedule you into next week.
Outside the areas below, we still take on cloud and infrastructure projects remotely. Ask us; if we cannot cover you properly we will say so.
